lifestyle Changes

As well as helping improve the mental challenges many of us face throughout our lifetimes, our therapies have proved very successful in helping you overcome physical symptoms which may be having a negative effect on your life.

Sports Confidence

Sports Confidence

During my fifteen years experience as a therapist, I have helped many sports players achieve their goals, working with golfers, archers, swimmers, runners and hockey players to name a few.

Our therapies involve sports psychology, using tools such as visualisation, breathing techniques and positive self talk to help you achieve your desired goals.

Equine Confidence

My speciality in this field is equine sports; I have been riding horses since the age of 6, and have owned horses both in the UK and the USA. Along the way, I have trained with some amazing people, and have a deep interest in the human-equine relationship.

If you want to build a more understanding relationship with your horse, then making small changes in your own behaviour can make a huge difference. With over 40 years experience working with and owning horses I can help you regain your confidence and rediscover the joy of spending time with your horse.

Sleep Imporvement

Sleep IMprovement

Did you know hypnosis can have an extremely positive effect on sleep? Mood changes, memory issues and a weakened immune system are just a few of the symptoms caused by sleep deprivation, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Many of my clients, no matter the different life challenges they are going through, have experienced improved sleep as a result of hypnotherapy.

Taking this advantage one step further, I offer a programme to improve sleep patterns, which integrates hypnotherapy with other tried and tested methods to improve your ability to get a good night’s sleep.

hypnotherapy for IBS

Hypnotherapy has been proved to help manage the pain associated with irritable bowel syndrome. There is evidence to support the use of hypnotherapy for IBS in both adults and children and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Guidance (NICE) recommends the NHS should consider referring patients for hypnotherapy if their irritable bowel is persistent and has failed to respond to simple prescribed medicine.
