BrainWorking Recursive Therapy‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts. BWRT® works in a way that means you do not have to divulge anything you would rather keep to yourself, you only need to express how you currently feel and the feelings you would prefer to have instead.
BWRT® 'overwrites' the way you feel now, with the way you would prefer to feel. We work only with your preferred ways to respond, making it feel natural to you personally.
BWRT® is fast, effective and long lasting and is now an internationally used intervention by Psychologist, Psychiatrists, Doctors and first responders.



how can bwrt help you?
BWRT® is completely different to other interventions because it allows us to intervene at a really early stage, even before the brain recognises a pattern and before the emotional response is created in the limbic system.
This therapy is content free, meaning you can make changes without disclosing your experiences.
BWRT® can help you overcome a range of problems and challenges; anxiety, phobias, fear and low self-esteem, as well as addiction and PTSD.
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended, but this may vary as therapy will always be tailored to your specific needs.
